Sail Enchanted Waterways from Historic Charleston to the Beautiful Beaufort Waterfront, South Carolina
This trip winds through the ACE Basin National Wildlife Refuge. Rich in dolphin, bald eagles, alligators, marsh and sea birds, this is the largest undeveloped estuary along the Atlantic Coast. Depart the dock in Historic Charleston early AM and make your way down the Edisto River through rich marshes, bays, and rivers that make up the estuaries of the Southeast Atlantic Coast. Our 50 ft Classic Sailing Yacht is helmed by US Coast Guard Master Captains that love to share their years of sailing experience along the Charleston waters with guests.
There’s plenty of room above and below deck. A spacious and comfortable cockpit with spray dodger and bimini top along with lounging room on the bow and stern lets you relax and enjoy the sights. Wildlife and vast vistas of coastal Charleston keeps everyone on deck and on the lookout for sea birds, sea turtles, and up close encounters with dolphin. Stock the galley and fridge with your preferred food and beverages. We provide cold water, ginger ale, and ice. Feel free to pack a cooler of your own or use our refrigerator and large capacity cooler on deck. Our Spacious Salon and 3 private staterooms with en suite shower and marine facilities makes overnight stays at the dock or on anchor a sailing trip comfortable and an experience like no other. A night on the water to reset and relax.
Wake up to the sound of seabirds and the smell of coffee and it’s time for breakfast and maybe a swim, or a walk on the beach, or a stroll along the waterfront to the local coffee shop. The choice is yours. We will request to open the Lady’s Island Bridge before we tie up at the Beautiful Downtown Waterfront Beaufort City Marina. Stay and explore the shops and restaurants of Historic Waterfront Beaufort, SC. A sailing trip and weekend adventure like no other!
